we just finished our 3rd session, which was on _ _ _ _ _ _!
RSTLNE - psalms!
we learnt about the how the psalms were segmented into 5 and linked back with the first 5 books of the old testament, and this was followed by cool information on the musicians, instruments and purpose of music in the bible!

something interesting i have here too. i remember arguing with a christian friend 2 years ago about whether we should use instruments in the bible. after the session i messaged him to tell him that psalm 4 and psalm 5 actually advocates the use of instruments, and he quoted me two passages back: ephesians 5 and colossians 3.
(his church's stand is that we should not use instruments.)
eph 5:19
"as you sing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs among yourselves, singing and making melody to the Lord in your hearts"
colossians 3:16
"let the word of Christ dwell in you richly; teach and admonish one another in all wisdom; and with gratitude in your hearts sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs to God."
